Entry Fee: 1000/-

1. No request towards wavier or refund of entry fees will be entertained.

2. Technical meeting of tournament @ 10:30 AM and 1st Round will be started @ 11:30 AM.

3. Default Time (Walk over time) :- The default time will be 15 minutes.

4. Latest FIDE rules will be applied, if in case of any dispute then Chief Arbiter decision is final and binding on all.

5. In Case of Tie, Prize money will not be shared. One player always eligible for one higher category prize only.

6. The tournament will be conducted as per the FIDE Laws of chess and played 9 round in Swiss-System of play with pairing software Swiss Manager.

7. AICF Registration:AICF Registration year 2021 —2022 is mandatory for all participants before the start of tournament 1st round. The registration fee Rs.250 /- to be paid on www.aicf.in.

8. Organizer have the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any reason. Number of entries is subjected to Organizer.

9. Chief Arbiter Decision is Final.

10. Protest, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made in writing with a protest Fee of Rs. 1,000/- within 15 minutes of the occurence of the incident to the appeals committee. The protest fee will be refunded if the appeal is upheld. Appeals committee to be formed at the start of the tournament.

11. Last date of registration is 5-00 pm on 10-11-2021 strictly no spot entries is allowed.

12. Any legal issues and legal proceedings according this tournament coming under Anantapur jurisdiction - Anantapur district, A.P. Only.

Any individuals or authorities or companies can face legal challenges, who will spread wrong rumours against this tournament and organiser .“organiser will have full Authority to take decision and action against them and also have authority to legal proceedings like defamation lawsuit case and etc., claim up to rupees 50 lakhs.

Fixed Entry Fee Rs. 1000/- .

Free entry for GMs, IMs and above 2300 rated players.

Entries are accepted through www.apchess.org only.

Last Date of Registration 5 p.m, 10th November 2021.

NOTE : PARENTS AND OTHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE TOURNAMENT HALL.

PLAYERS HAVE TO MAKE THEIR OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD.

Accommodation & Food: There are many Hotels available in reasonable cost.

However unfurnished accommodation will be provided those who confirm before 1-11-2021.
