RULES & REGULATIONS
- In any case, Entry fee is non-refundable & non-transferrable.
- It's mandatory for every participant to present in Technical Meeting on 23rd Oct. 2021 @ 9:30 AM
- Inauguration - 23rd Oct. 2021 @ 10:00 AM
- Time Control - 25 Min. + 5 Sec. Inc. From 1st Move.
- Tournament will be conducted as per the latest FIDE Laws of Chess and played in 9 rounds Swiss-System with the pairing software of Swiss-Manager & update results on www.chess-results.com
- Andhrapradesh chess player have to Register through apchess.org only
- AICF registration for year 2021 - 2022 is mandatory for all participants before the technical meeting, The AICF registration fee is to be ₹ 250 paid on www.aicf.in
- For Rating Category Prizes FIDE Rating will be Considered as on 1st October 2021.
- Prize money not shared, In case of tie then player receive one higher prize only.
- Chief Arbiter decision shall be final and it's binding on all.
- Protest - If any Protest against the decision of Chief Arbiter shall be made within 15 minutes of incidence occurs in writing to the Organizer with protest Fee ₹ 1,000 /-. The protest fee is refund if appeal is upheld.
- No Spot entries allowed, Last date of registration is 20th Oct. 2021. Organizer have right to accept or reject any Entry without any reason, number of entries are subjected to Organizer.
ACCOMODATION & PRECAUTION
- Player have to make their own arrangements for accomodation & food.
- player have to use mask and follow all Covid-19 Precautions.
- At least 1st Dose of vaccination Mandatory for above 18 players..
