Accommodation
Accommodation for seeded/normal/selected players :
Who are selected/seeded/normal please go through prospectus. He/she will be provided free A/c sharing accommodation inside the campus. ( Girls & Boys separate hostel).

Important Note:
Without ID card issued by organizing committee no one will be allowed inside the Hostels including players/parents/officials.
Accommodation for officials:

Managers appointed by affiliated associations of AICF( The person must furnish letter/mail from the respective state association. He/she will be provided free A/c sharing accommodation inside the campus along with male or female team. |
Accommodation for special entry (please see prospectus who are special entry players) and those who wants to avail personal accommodation in a budget way:
Near the venue ( walk able from venue below 1 km) “ Vivekanada Hostel” . The details are as under.
Availability: 50 Rooms
Room occupancy: 4 or 5 beds
Cost : Rs. 250 per person per day
A/C: A/c can be utilized on recharge basis approx. 3 to 4 units per day.
Bathroom: each room having bath room facility.
Canteen: canteen facility available
Organizing committee will take responsibility to pick up and drop through Bus for all rounds from hostel and venue and back to hostel.

Note: organizing committee will care about other caring aspects like transport/ communication etc . Financial aspects can be made through hostel itself directly by the player concerned. Personal Accommodation OYO ( discounted price).
The following properties of OYO selected as the official accommodation for the MPL National U8.
40% discount for chess players .
Base room tariff : Rs. 2,000/-
Discount offered by OYO ( Accommodation partner) : Rs. 800/-
Fixed price for the above properties: Rs. 1200/- per day per double occupancy & Rs. 1500//- per day for triple occupancy. Facilities provided 1) A/c. 2) WIFI 3) sagety of the players.

Note: From all official hotels identified transport facility is provided by the organising committee for all the days ( morning pick up for 1st round and drop after the completion of final round) thorugh the championship. Players have to look after their own boarding arrangements. Canteen facility is available at the venue from 8 am to 10 pm.

Drinking Water:
Purified drinking water facility to all ( for players in side tournament hall and for parents at the sitting hall)
Wash Room:
For Players near the tournament hall and for parents near the sitting area separately for Men and Women
Sitting Area:
400 capacity Seminor hall with live coverage of games played inside the tournament hall
Transport:
From official accommodation to Tournament hall and back for every 30 one hour ( or) if the Bus filled during Playing time schedule.
Canteen:
Canteen is available in the venue itself. Players/Parents all can utilize facility , Break fast/lunch/snacks/Dinner all available from 6 am to 10 pm.
Misc Snacks:
All types of snacks available inside the campus, Food stalls are available in different places of the campus. Tea/Coffee facility ( on payment ) available at the sitting hall for the parents
Boarding: Boarding has to taken care by players themselves. For selected players boarding charges will be given as per the guidelines of the All India Chess Federation.

- At the Railway Station/ Bus Complex of Vijayawada Reception counter will be arranged for all including special entry players and the contact details will be provided in the web-site and watsapp groups created for boys and girls separately once the final entries list received from AICF.
Important Note: Please provide your exact bank details or Gpay/PhonePe Number for easy transmission of prize fund / boarding reimbursement if any. Also please note that Prize money is subject to Income-Tax deduction as applicable as per the rules for the time being in force. If any tax is deducted a certificate will be issued to the extent of deduction and depositing the same in the Central Government account within 7 days of deduction of such TDS if any.
