Please go through the list of tournaments officially confirmed.  Organisors are requested to send the prospectus of the tournaments  for updating the same in the web-site.  Further the following tournaments are under technical confirmation.

November 12 & 13th Seminor for Sr National Arbiter at Titupati.

ALL INDIA OPEN CLASSICAL FIDE RATING FROM 30-11-2022 TO 04-12-2022( TIRUPATHI)F

FIDE RAPID RATING:  17-12-2022 TO 18-12-2022 ( VIJAYAWADA)

AP STATE OPEN :  24-12-2022 TO 25-12-2022 ( VISAKHAPATNAM)

ALL INDIA OPEN ( BELOW RATING 1700) FROM 08-01-2023 TO 10-01-2023( TIRUPATHI)

ALL INDIA OPEN RAPID: 11-02-2023 TO 12-02-2023 ( NELLORE)

MAY 2023 ( INTERNATIONAL GM OPEN) DATES TO BE CONFIRMED BY AICF.

Interested Organisors/ District Units should send the bid-form to chessandhra@gmail.com keeping in view of the above dates. bid-forms routed through affiliated district units will only be considered.

Note to all organisors district units:

1. There is no restriction for organising district selections/ district opens during  any state level or national/international  level events . It is the choice or district associations. 

2.During official state age  championships  also there is no restriction for state opens and fide events.  However state opens/ fide events will not be recommended in side the same district and surrounding districts.

3.  For any national championship if allotted to AP, the preference is for National championship and organisors should adjust the dates.  However even in case of National championship also there is no restriction for organising other State Open and FIDE events. 

4. As of now there is no rule for entry fee for State Open championship.  Hence till the rules are framed by the ACA, it suggested to organisors for 2 days state open entry fee should not cross 1% of the prize fund and for one day state open entry fee should be 1/2% of the prize fund .

5.  Registration for All State Official championships should be routed through apchess.org except in case of technical  problem in the website.  For State Open/ FIDE events it is the choice or organisors.

The above rules are not mandatory as per existing rules however keeping in view of the player friendly ness organisors are requested to follow.  In the next GB/EC meeting rules will be framed in this regard.
