Andhra Chess Executive committee today in its EC
meeting at vijayawada taken the following decisions.
1. U7, U9, U11 BOYS and girls to be organised for 3
days .
2. U13 category onwards Boys and girls to be
organised separately and most of the tournaments are going to be converted as
FIDE rated events.
3. Revised financial regulations are approved
and the same are placed in the downloads of apchess.org.
4. Recommendation for National: Player should participate at least
one round in respective Official state championship for recommending
his/her name for Nationals. Medical emergency intimated through chessandhra@gmail.com
before the commencement of State Championship is exempted. In case of any other
, EC Meeting needs to be conducted at least in zoom for recommendation.
5. Registration for all State Championships through
apchess.org (or) google form provided by ACA for respective championship.
6. Prize Money
For U/7,9,11 Boys and girls separately and Blitze should be
minimum 10,000/- .
For U13, 15,17,19 , Amature, Rapid, State Women minimum prize money is
Rs. 30,000/-.
For State Men , State Team, minimum prize money is Rs. 50,000/-.
For State Schools minimum 2 entries to be awarded in each category.
7. District selections will be conducted in all 26 districts. If any
district fails to organise ACA will conduct selections through its Tournament
Committee headed by Shri Bheemarao, Secretary. ACA.
8. Andhra Chess Academy instituated for the basic chess training to
middle class/ below middle class segments. Rules and regulations and branch
details will be communicated shortly..
9. ACA administrative office is going to be established at Tirupati.
10. AP State CIS Training programs will be conducted regularly to
train the trainers.

district associations are approved for provisional affiliation.
1. Anakapalle District Chess Association:
Registered Number 702 of 2022 before District
Registrar, Anakapalle, being President as Sri Masina Venakeswara Rao and
Secretary as Sri amalakanta Srinivasa Rao.
2. All Krishna District Chess Association:
Registered Number 735 of 2022 before District Registrar, Krishna District , being President as Sri HVRS Prasad and Secretary as Sri NM Phani Kumar.
