INSTRUCTIONS TO PLAYERS ARBITERS AND ORGANISORS OF OFFICIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

All players are requested to note that ID cards will be generated and available  for download in their login. Hence players are requested to upload decent passport size photograph in their profile.  You can upload your photo, date of  birth certificate in your login edit option.  Also you can edit your rating, AICF id , FIDE ID, district etc in your profile.  The same will be verified and updated within 24 hours.  Please note that if you change in your main log in it will be permanently updated. If you edit in particular tournament it is for that tournament only. If you forgot your password there is recovery option in apchess.org as forget password. Mail will be sent to your email id provided. CIS and single phone number registered for multiple users, operatom procedure will be   published in two days. Please also note that who has not uploaded photo,  needs to paste the photograph on id card of all official championships. Without ID card no player will be allowed to participate in tournament.

1. Date of birth certificate is mandatory for all age group  championships. Hence without attachment of age proof certificate no entey will be confirmed. Payment of entry fee is not the confirmation until fulfillment  of other conditions mentioned in the prospectus. 

2. For age group selected players please mention in the remark that you are selected player and you need not pay the entry fee. The same will be paid from your district unit.

3. For other special entries, proof of payment is mandatory. 

4.  Providing wrong information will leads for termination from championship.

5. Those who pay entry fee as special or normal and got selected from their district, will be refunded the entry fee paid if any.

6. Players got selected and not interested to participate in the State meet  for any reason,  should inform to their district association about non participation well before the due date of registration of state respective championship. Non compliance will leads for termination of such player for all other state championships for the entire year.

7. It is the duty of player to register in the apchess.org including normal and special entries.  

8. Those who are facing difficulties in registration can contact any one of the member of registration committee. Contact details are available in the registration committee page of this website.

9. No entry  will be accepted after the due date with late fee.  However organisor / registration committee reserves the right to accept  entry in last minute subject to fulfillment of all other conditions. 

10. Women  also can take part in open category and for the reason open and wome  dates are separated for higher age groups. 

11. Those who do not have FIDE id can approach registration committee for obtaining the same before the commencement of tournament.

12 Merit certificate will be sent by post to the winners. Participation certificates can be downloaded from the link provided.

13. National Selected players entry will be paid by the ACA and all selected players can collect dresscode from organisor.

14. All players and organisors should follow the prospectus for respective championship.

15. Any thing not covered  in prospectus will be decided  basing on the inline tournaments of other states or  on merits. 

16. Prize money will be temasferred by the organisors within 7 days of completion of tournament. 

17. No arbiter is supposed to work as arbiter in any official event  in the championship  in which their wards or students(In case of  coaches)  are participating in that championship.  If found any one can make the complaint to the chief arbiter with sufficient evidence .and chief arbiter will take action by replacing such arbiyer immediately. Here if complaint as coach, the declaration of the student concerned is mandatory stating that such person is his/her coach. Without declaration such complaint will not be considered. If the complaint is against chief arbiter then they can complaint to  chessandhra@gmail.com  or organisor concerned.

18. If any coach /parent is found in the tournament Hall  after obtaining declaration from their wards or students, respective players will be terminated from the championship. 

19. As it is found  many of the arbiters are in coaching filed organisors are  advised to opt non coaching arbiters for official tournaments to avoid doubts in the minds of parents. 

20. Officials working in the tournament should maintain self decipline with regard to movement in tournament hall if their wards/students are playing in the tournament.

May be  some of the above instructions  are difficult to exercise from both players and organising side, it is hereby requested to maintain to the possible extent for the professional growth of Andhra players.
