The first ever Anantapur District official Chess Championship held in Tadipatri chess history is the result and initiative taken by a Government Teacher by profession and a chess lover by passion Shri.Kambagiri Swamy (Giri) as the Tournament Director under the aegis of All Anantapur Chess Association witnessed a massive success of 132 Participants (85 Open section & 47 Girls Section) from all corners of Anantapur District for the Anantapur District Under-17 Open & Girls Chess Championships-2023.
Top -2 Players in both categories will represent our Anantapur District in the Andhra Pradesh State Under-17 Open & Girls Chess Championships -2023.
