Chess Coaches who have registered as coach in apchess.org are hereby informed that for display of name as coach in the apchess.org, you are requested to pay Rs. 1,000/- to Andhra Chess Association per year i.e from 01-04-2023 to 31-03-2024. Your phone number and place will be displayed in the web site. Hence interested coaches are requested to pay the necessary coach registration fee to the following account of Andhra chess association and send the receipt copy along with transaction ID & ACA number to chessandhra@gmail.com for getting displayed your name in the apchess.org. Further coaches are hereby requested to upload certificate if any awarded by ACA/AICF/FIDE in their profile for record purpose.
Further it is to inform that Chess Academies / Chess clubs/ Chess Institutions which interested to get registered with Andhra Chess Association has to pay Rs. 5,000/- per financial year to get registered with Andhra Chess association. Such registered Academies / Institutions have right to send one representative to all EC Meetings/ GB Meetings of Andhra Chess Association with non-voting rights. Registered Chess Academies/ Institution names will be displayed in apchess.org with their logos and achievements , contact address, phone number etc. Henceforth State Official Championships/ Open Tournaments/ FIDE Rating / any other chess related events will only be recommended to those registered units only. Non registered academies/ clubs will not be permitted to organise recognised official events and State opens/ FIDE Rating events including district championships from now onwards. The above circular is as per Financial regulations of Andhra Chess Association as on 29-06-2023.
