Player whose names are missing in chess results after 24-09-2023, may contact aicfnationalentries@gmail.com . Players are once again requested to note that Dress Code is mandatary for all. They should wear their respective State Dress Code during championship. No player should enter the tournament hall with electronic devices, watches etc. If found such player will be disqualified as per Championship rules and regulations.
Player ID card will be provided to their Team Managers. Team Manager should collect the same at venue at designated point for onward transmission to their state players. ID card will contain space for photograph. Players are requested to affix their photograph. As we do not have photographs of the most of players the space is left blank.
Player Notation Kit: Organizing committee providing Notation sheets with Player Name, Board Number, Opponent name, progressive points, date and time, color etc. for all the 11 rounds. Notation sheets will be placed on the respective Board number. Pairings of player will the shared through WhatsApp group created for the purpose of championship for all rounds. After the end of the each round games of previous round will also be shared. Players are requested to bring their own writing plank.

NEW VENUE: RAJIV GANDHI INDOOR STADIUM , AKKAYYAPALEM, 1.5 KM from
Swarna Bharathi Indoor Stadium.
Reason for change of
venue:
Air
Conditioners in the SWARNA BHARATHI INDOOR STADIUM is not functioning properly
due to Chillers problem, which needs 15 days time to get repaired. As a precautionary method it is forced to
change the venue of the championship. Organising Committee got sanctioned Rajiv
Gandhi Indoor stadium(Called as Port indoor stadium) Akkayyapalem,
Visakhapatnam which is 1.5 KM distance from the original venue. Players and officials are requested to note
the change of venue. Inconvenience
caused to players and parents may kindly be regretted.

Whatsapp Group:
Official whatsapp group will be created separately (or) together for
Open& Girls Players. Link for joining whatsapp group will be shared to all
confirmed players. Necessary official Communication will be shared through this
whatsapp group

ID Cards:
Managers are requested to collect the ID Cards State wise. Players are requested to bring their passport
size photo to be affixed on ID Card. Also
it is not mandatory of photo on ID card. However there will be place provided
in ID card to affix and get it stamped.
ID card can be collected even at the venue on 01-09-2023 before start of Managers meeting. Player need not come to
stadium exclusively to collect the ID card before day.

Official Accommodation :
All selected Players ( Normal entry those who paid Rs. 1250 ) and
officials ( Officials should carry a mail copy or letter from their respective
State Chess Association ) are requested to
go directly to Hotel Jeypore, Allipuram, (Group Hotels Jeypore palace,
Rajastan, Rajasthan palace ) which is
1.5 KM from Railway station. They will be provided free Non AC Sharing
Accommodation (each person will have one Bed in case of triple sharing). Accompanying persons can get accommodation on
payment of Rs. 300 per day. From the jeypore group Hotels. Venue Rajeev Gandhi Indoor stadium is 3
KM. (Sharing Auto will charge Rs. 20 and
Individual Auto Rs. 100).

CONFIRMATION OF ENTRIES: All
entries including special entries will be uploaded in chess results server by
the Chief Arbiter Sri Ravichandran ( 94442 10914 ) soon after receipt of
confirmed entries list from AICF. Players are requested to wait till 23-09-2023
in this regard. Further it is to intimate that if any
discrepancy in the entry fee/ entry acceptance AICF ( National entries team )
will contact player directly for clarification.
If not received any clarification mail it can be presumed that there is
no discrepancy. If entry is not uploaded in chess results by 25th September,
player requested to contact Chief
Arbiter (or) National entries AICF team.

FOOD ARRANGMENTS AT VENUE: Break-fast/ lunch / snacks/ tea/ coffee
available at venue on payment at moderate cost.
TRANSPORTATION: From all places of the city public
transport is available to the venue Rajeev Gandhi Stadium. The bus stop named as ( AKKAYYAPALEM HIWAY BUS
STOP ). Direct Auto / OLA charge Rs. 100
and there is sharing auto facility available in Visakhapatnam approx cost Rs.
20 per person. From venue to back also facility available.
DRESS CODE: As dress code is mandatory , all
players are requested to approach their respective state chess associations for
the same. In no case without state dress
code player will not be allowed to participate as per AICF directions.
