Important Notice for All Players:
1. Do not upload AADHAR Card as profile image: Players are requested not to upload their AADHAR card image as their profile picture. Additionally, please do not upload a copy of your AADHAR card or include your AADHAR number when registering.
2. How to remove AADHAR details: If you've already uploaded your AADHAR card image or number, please edit your profile and remove these details. The ACA Technical team is also working to delete such images previously uploaded.
3. How to edit your profile:
Log in with your credentials and update your profile.
Admin approval for edits may take up to 24 hours.
If you’ve forgotten your username or password, enter your phone number or email ID as your username, click "Forgot Password," and an OTP will be sent to your email to reset your password.

4. Other updates:
Players must update their correct FIDE ID, AICF ID, and date of birth (DOB) certificate (for age group players).
Players should update their FIDE ratings or titles whenever they change.
Players from Andhra Pradesh should update their district details following the recent expansion of districts.
5. Duplicate registrations:
If you find any duplicate registrations, please inform Mr. Jwalamukhi, CEO, Andhra Chess association at 9703344488. Duplicate user IDs will be removed by the ACA Technical team.
6. Downloading your ID card:
Players can download their ID card from their profile for each tournament.
7. Profile image guidelines:
Please upload a decent passport-size photo for display on the website and ID card. If any inappropriate images are found, the ACA Technical team will remove them. Uploading a profile image is optional.
8. Removing user account:
If you want to remove your account, please send an email to chessandhra@gmail.com with your full details, including your ACA number, name, and district.
