Confirmed Tournament Schedule of ACA (as of 16-11-2024)
The updated tournament schedule has been released. Players are requested to review the tentative dates. Once the registration link is provided on apchess.org, players may proceed to reserve their train or bus tickets. It is important that all players adhere to the registration deadlines.
All age-group players must ensure their profiles are updated with a Date of Birth (DOB) certificate if it has not been attached yet. ACA is currently conducting a one-time verification of DOB certificates for all age groups, in alignment with the All India Chess Federation's guidelines. Going forward, districts must also follow this DOB verification process for age-group championships.
Starting next year, apchess.org will accept only DOB-verified players for participation in district-level events. Players whose DOB is not verified will be placed in the Open category only. Once a player's DOB certificate is verified by ACA, their name will be highlighted in green.
Players are also requested to update their profile picture with a proper passport-size photo, as it will be used for issuing ID cards for various tournaments.
