Accommodation Details in PEDDAPURAM
The following hotels have been identified and reserved for participants of the National Schools event. Tariffs and booking details are mentioned below: It should also be noted that Hotels in Samalkot & Peddapuram are old hotels. Facilities are limited. However comfortable for normal conditions like hot water, attached wash rooms. No restarant facilities avaialable.

DNR Function Hall
1. 10 AC rooms: ₹1500 per room (one room does not have a geyser) : This is part of Function hall. Room service is not available except on call watchman.
Sai Dormitory
1. ₹9000 per day (group booking recommended)
2. 3 AC rooms with 6 beds each and additional beds in a common hall
3. Sufficient washrooms with hot water facility
VIDIDILLU (Individual Guest House)
1. ₹4000 per day (electricity charges extra)
2. Two floors: First floor: 2 AC rooms with beds & Second floor: 1 Non-AC room with beds
3. Facilities: Hot water, pillows, blankets (available for rent), two halls accommodating up to 40 people
Note: Guests are responsible for their own transport arrangements. Shared auto services are available from all listed accommodations to the venue.

Dormitory Accommodation at Peddapuram
At the Venue Premises
1. Capacity: Up to 500 people
2. Facilities:
1. 350 cots with mattresses, pillows, and blankets.
2. 150 matresses , piloow & blankets
3. Rooms with 6–20 beds based on size
4. Sufficient common washrooms with toilets, and hot water facilities
5. Cots will be allotted first cum first basis.
3. Preference:
1. Women with players below 9 years boys in one block and women with below 9 years girls in one block .
Within 2 KM from the Venue
1. Separate dormitories for players and accompanying persons with individual cots.
2. Special arrangements:
1. Men with girls below 9 years and mothers with boys below 9 years can be accommodated.
2. Parents (mother and father) must arrange their own stay or will be assigned separate dormitories in adjacent blocks.
3. Players above 9 years must stay in their respective dormitories.
Transport and Facilities
· The organizing committee will provide bus transport between dormitories and the venue (one trip each way) at specific timings.
· Public transport (shared auto) is available.
· Hot water: Where inbuilt hot water is unavailable, manual hot water will be provided.
· Power supply: All dormitories have power supply with sufficient plug points for charging devices.

Participants are advised to book their accommodations directly by contacting the respective hotel representatives listed below. Please ensure a 24-hour check-in/check-out while negotiating your terms and conditions. The organizing committee is responsible only for providing the hotel details; all other terms and conditions must be discussed directly with the hotels.
