On the request of Professional parents President Andhra Chess Association approved the following with immediate effect.
1. Exemption from State Championship participation:
(a) Players who are participating in any National Championships and State championships & FIDE recognised events (other than State Open tournaments) during official state championships are exempted from participation of State Championship.
(b) Players who produce medical certificate for any health issues during official state championships.
(c) Any other valid reason with the prior approval of President/Secretary, Andhra Chess Association.
However those players will be recommended as Special entry players for Nationals upon payment of Special entry fee prescribed for respective State Championship to Andhra Chess Association.
2. If selections are not conducted by any district affiliated unit, all players will be considered as Special entry players. ( In such case, Players can demand their special entry fee from respective district association)
3. Players of Manyam Parvatipuram, ASR, Kakinada, Eluru, Bapatla, Annamayya will be considered as normal entries if district selections not conducted by In-charges. (Players has to pay the normal entry fee themselves). If district selections conducted by In-charges, only selected players will be considered as normal entry players and in-charge has to reimburse the normal entry fee and the rest will be considered as special entry players and they have to pay special entry fee themselves.
