Aditya Chess Academy Inspires 1000 Young Minds Through Chess Awareness Drive in Visakhapatnam

In celebration of International Chess Day, Aditya Chess Academy conducted a monumental chess awareness and training session at a Government High School in Visakhapatnam, reaching out to over 1000 students in a single day — many of whom experienced the game of chess for the very first time.
This impactful event was a part of the statewide initiative launched by the Andhra Chess Association (ACA), under the transformative slogan:
“One Move Can Change a Life.”
Taking Chess to the Grassroots
With support from the All Visakha Chess Association, the academy’s team of dedicated instructors introduced the basics of chess, its rules, and its vast educational benefits to the students. What unfolded was a vibrant day filled with curiosity, strategic thinking, and joyful participation — proving that chess, when introduced in the right spirit, can ignite a passion for learning and discipline among children from all backgrounds.
The session focused on:
Teaching students the fundamentals of the game
