Subject: Submission of Camp Details & Requirements – International Chess Day Program (Started on 20th July 2025)
Dear All,
Greetings from Andhra Chess Association.
As part of the “One Move Can Change a Life” initiative launched on the occasion of International Chess Day, several affiliated academies and district units have successfully started chess training camps at various charitable institutions from 20th July 2025.
To streamline and support these programs further, all units that have commenced camps on or from 20th July 2025 are hereby requested to kindly submit the following details at the earliest:
Mandatory Information to be Submitted:
1. Name of the Academy/Association
2. Name and Address of the Institution where the camp is being held
3. Names and Age of Participating Children
4. Camp Schedule
5. Weekly Class Days
6. Timings
7. Duration
8. Names of Coaches Involved (with titles, if any)
9. Immediate Requirements, if any, for smooth functioning of the program:
A) Chess Sets
B) Chess Clocks
C) Printed Learning Material
D) Teaching Aids or Stationery
E) Other equipment/support
