To: All District Chess Associations / Players of Andhra Pradesh
Subject: Mandatory Registration in SAAP KREEDA App for Participation in State Championships
The Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh has introduced the KREEDA App, a centralized digital platform for registration and monitoring of sportspersons across the state. It is observed that more than 2000 chess players have already registered on the KREEDA App. Being the recognized state body under SAAP, the Andhra Chess Association hereby informs that:
1. Mandatory Registration
All chess players of Andhra Pradesh are required to register in the SAAP KREEDA App.
➡️ With immediate effect, registration in the KREEDA App is compulsory for participation in:
State Championships
All official ACA tournaments
❗ Players without a valid SAAP KREEDA Login ID will not be permitted to participate.
2. Facilitation Support by ACA
To assist players, ACA has taken up the matter with SAAP for consolidated approval of chess player registrations.
➡️ Players who have not yet registered may fill the Google Form (link to be provided).
ACA will compile and submit the data to SAAP
Login credentials will be generated by SAAP
The same will be communicated to the respective players
3. Integration with Tournaments
All official State Championships and tournaments will be integrated with the KREEDA App. Before commencement of Round 1, ACA must enter the players names and link to their tournament data base in KREEDA App. Upon completion of tournaments Player performance data will be updated on the last day of tournament and Certificates will be generated through the KREEDA App. No player data can be updated after the 1st round of the respective championship and hence all players must obtain the SAAP login before commencement of Championship.

4. Importance of KREEDA Certificates
Certificates generated through the KREEDA App will serve as the official and valid record for:
Sports quota admissions (schools / colleges / universities)
Government incentives (if applicable)
Sports quota employment opportunities
Sponsorship and official recommendations
✅ Only certificates issued via the KREEDA App will be recognized for Andhra Pradesh players.
5. Photo Submission Guidelines
While submitting details through the Google Form:
Upload a clear passport-size photograph
Avoid selfies or casual photographs
�� In case no photo is uploaded, the certificate will display the SAAP logo in place of the player’s photograph.
Conclusion
This initiative ensures transparency, uniformity, and enhanced opportunities for all sportspersons. All players and district associations are requested to extend their full cooperation. The process mention above will be mandatory for all future official state championships.
