It is mandatory for all players of Andhra Pradesh to obtain a SAAP ID.
This ID can be created by yourself by downloading the Kreeda App (scan the QR code below to download the app). Once you obtain your SAAP ID, please update your profile on apchess.org with the same.
The SAAP ID is compulsory for participation in all official State Chess Championships. The Andhra Chess Association (ACA) is required to submit the list of participants, along with their SAAP IDs, to SAAP before the first round. The data will be generated category-wise, and after completion of the championship, ACA will submit the list of selected players.
Only players with a valid SAAP ID will receive participation certificates. These certificates will be issued by the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh and will be available through DigiLocker. A separate note explaining how to download the certificates will also be shared with you.
The SAAP ID is unique and linked to the player’s Aadhaar number. The procedure for obtaining your login ID and password using Aadhaar will be shared separately through a detailed write-up.
Players who already have a SAAP ID need not apply again. Duplicate applications will be rejected, as the SAAP ID is issued only once per player. This ID is common for all sports in Andhra Pradesh, and no separate IDs are required for different disciplines.
Please ensure that you update your apchess.org profile after obtaining your SAAP ID.
Note: Without a SAAP ID, players will not be allowed to participate in State Championships.
