Young chess talent Kolluru Vinayak from Visakhapatnam district added another feather to his cap by securing the silver medal in the Andhra Pradesh State U-13 Open Chess Championship conducted recently at Markapuram.
Vinayak recently won the title in the Visakhapatnam District U-13 Open Chess Championship, and continued his impressive form at the state championship. With this outstanding performance, he has officially qualified to represent Andhra Pradesh in the upcoming National U-13 Open Chess Championship scheduled to be held in Puducherry from September 3.
Congratulating Vinayak on his achievement and qualification to the national event, the office bearers of the All Visakha Chess Association — Dr. Rangala Baburao (President), S.
