FINAL TORNELO PRACTICE TOURNAMENT:

DATES: 31-05-2021 & 01-05-2021 ( TOTAL 8 ROUNDS ).

31-05-2021 FROM 3 PM ONWARDS.   1ST ROUNDS.

01-06-2021 FROM 2 PM ONWARDS:   FAIRPLAY CHECK

01-06-2021 FROM 3 PM ONWARDS.   5TO 8TH ROUNDS).

Note:  For this tournament player will be added to  watsup group created  particularly for addressing the issues faced by the players during and registering in tornelo windo. Hence it is requested to provide the watsup number in the google pay part of the registration.  Please  chat in the group for queries and requested to not to call unless it is urgent.  Tournament  registration windo will be closed by 31-05-2021 10 am for the the organisers/ arbiters to confirm all the pending users at the time.   For the 1st and 2nd practice tournaments some relaxations are available for the players in AICF id and furnishing correct tornelo profile name.  However for this final practice tournament no player will be accepted without fullfilling the basic conditions mentioned below.

a) Player must upload valid date of birth certificate as prescribed by the AICF.

b) Player must furnish valid AICF Registration Number

c)  Player must provide exact profile name  of tornelo in the online platform id  column in the tournament registration part of the apchess.org for matching and confirming the entry.

d) it is suggested to edit tornelo profile name as if in the FIDE/ AICF for the convinience of organisers of state and national/fide.  This is must during the national and international events.  Hence the same can be done during the practice tournament also.

e) It is advisable for all the players to use web-cam so that you can show easily the surrondings as when required by the officials of state/national /internation tournaments. which is available at minimum cost.

f) parents are  requested to guide their wards before tournament with regard to technical usage of things.

g) other than Laptop/Desktop no other device is accepted as palying device.
