Deepika Pagidala studying 10th Class from Kurnool District secured Runner up in the AP STATE JUNIOR GIRLS U20 ONLINE CHESS CHAMPIONSHI-2021.Both her parents Varalakshmi and Anil Kumar are working as Govt Teachers. She started learning Chess in 2018. She secured 6th Place in the SGF U14 Girls Chess Tournament 2019. 2nd Prize in U12 Category in 14th BRDCA OPEN RAPID CHESS TOURNAMENT-2020. She secured Runner-up in the AP STATE JUNIOR GIRLS U20 ONLINE CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP-2021.She is currently having classical Rating 1092 and balancing both her academic studies and chess practice.
