Selections: Top 2 Open & Girls will represent in the State Championship from the district and entry fee of these players will be paid by the District Association.
Those who want to play as special entry should invariably participate in district selections. No special entry will be recommended without participating in district selections under any circumstances. Special entry fee to be paid by the respective players only.

Venue: Century Club,Beside Novotel Visakhapatnam.
Schedule: Reporting time 8am. 05-03-2022(Saturday)
Food & Accommodation: For District Selections players have to look after their own arrangements.

Appeals Committee: Appeal Committee will be formed during the Players meeting. Protest if any shall be lodged within 15 minutes of the incident with a fee of Rs. 1,000/- to the Chief Arbiter . The protest fee will be refunded if the Appeal is upheld.
Electronic Devices: Players are strictly forbidden to bring any electronic devices including wrist watch to the tournament hall.
